As someone who has done this & has no f*cking idea how I managed it; save yourself the headache & just use save editor to recreate your save. Honestly, I'm a computer whizz & still transferring, decrypting & converting my save was easily the hardest thing I've done in my life & it caused a few Windows are up to date, there is no AMD Overlay running and after reinstalling my drivers to version 446.16, the problem still persist.
